Lexus has unveiled its classy 2015 RC-F sports coupe at the NAIAS 2014 leaving many astounded. The super car doesn’t only have the bronze but also the brains, making it the most desirable coupe as of late.
The appearance looks sleek yet impressive with stylish aluminum wheels available in three unique styles, an attractively efficient spoiler and a carbon fiber roof. The two-door prototype is a blend of technology that gives it the best performance potential. The car’s interior is much like the IS sedan having a simple and obvious console with a decently looking dashboard, which is quite desirable. Comfort has never been a concern for Lexus’s fans, and the RC-F continues the legacy with its high back seating. The seats are specially constructed with an integrated foaming technique making the interior even luxurious.
A 5.0 liter V8 engine coupled with torque vectoring system that delivers an amazing 450 horsepower and 383 pound-feet of torque make the coupe faster and sharper than ever before. It is supported by an eight-speed automatic gearbox through the Atkinson’s cycle to deliver fuel efficient, low cost journeys and the Otto cycle to get higher performance.
Lexus RC-F delivers an immaculate speed of 168 miles per hour, going from 0 to 60 in 4.6 seconds, remarkably higher than the IS-F. The car is further complemented with a digital gauge cluster which is adjustable according to the driving modes. It includes a G-Force meter, oil and temperature gauge, a stylish speedometer and a mileage information gauge.
