On the front, the hexagonal design combined with black front grille offers a distinctive look to the vehicle compared to the earlier model. It also offers panoramic roof, rear view camera and different color options to the buyers which is something that Ford never provided in the earlier models.

Interior

When it comes to interiors, Transit Connect Wagon offers better space and it can accommodate seven passengers comfortably. The seating surfaces and dashboard is in leather which offer premium feel to the interiors.

Performance

The vehicle is available in two engine versions, a 2.5 liter four cylinder engine paired with six speed automatic transmission and also with 1.6 liter EcoBoost four cylinder engine which is also mated with the same automatic transmission.

In terms of performance, the EcoBoost engine offers better fuel efficiency of 30 mpg on the highway. The company claims that the vehicle performs 5 mpg better than Toyota Sienna minivan which is also seven seat passenger vehicle.
