BMW Unveils 3 Concept Vehicles at 2012 Paris Motor Show

Automakers today are passionate about displaying some of the new cars that they are going to launch in the market in the near future and BMW is all set to unveil three concept designs that the company is focusing on at the moment. BMW believes that in the near future all vehicles will have to have sustainability and driving pleasure and that is exactly what the new concept vehicles will have.

BMW announced that they will unveil the BMW Concept Active Tourer which will be premiered at the 2012 Paris Motor Show that will be unveiled in the premium compact segment. The vehicle comes with spacious interiors and hallmark lines on the outside that makes this vehicle stand apart. BMW will incorporate 3 cylinder petrol engine and synchronous electric motor that drive the car from zero to 100 kmph in less than eight seconds.

On the other hand, BMW will also premiere BMW i3 Concept which is purely electric drive and made from carbon fiber reinforced plastic. The car is totally eco-friendly and therefore majority of the parts are made from recycled materials and naturally found wood in the nature. BMW will also bring out the C Revolution which is going to be prototype e-scooter that will take on the challenges of urban mobility. The scooter will have liquid cooled electric motor that can perform better than any conventional scooter in the market. The compact battery in the scooter can perform for 100 kilometers and can be charged using household power socket.
